- Manage customer interactions via voice, email, and chat in Spanish and English
- Provide accurate translation and interpretation between both languages
- Deliver exceptional customer service to international clients

Preferred candidate profile
1+ years of experience in BPO / customer service (US process preferred)
Solid verbal and written communication in Spanish and English
Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone)
Based in or open to relocating to Pune (Viman Nagar)
