Job Description: -

This position is required to ensure Sales & Profitability targets set for MRO and OEM Thermal Power customers in RM Sector, ensure growth planned and increase Market share as per targets set. This position is also required to focus on developing the strategy for this segment, localization decision for increasing profitability and guiding the regional team.

- Sector level strategy development & implementation for Raw Material MRO and OEM- Power segment
- Pricing decisions for segment & responsible for Profitability of the segment
- Leading Budgeting, Mid-term planning and long-term planning for OEM and MRO - Power
- Building relationship with OEM in power space like BHEL, L&T; Howden, MHI, Loesche Energy etc.
- Closely monitoring sales development Power customer and giving direction to sales engineers
- Providing strategic direction to sector specific requirements of Product Management.
- Identifying customer requirements of OEM, analyzing specifications and working closely with application engineering and product development team to offer optimal Schaeffler solution.
- Driving localization plan depends on market requirement.




- Interaction with Internal & External customer regarding product recommendations, service requirements, product development and quality documents
- Coordinating with Technical team for conducting technical seminars and workshops at Customers place for product approval/ acceptance.
- Execution of solutions to satisfy customer needs and expectations.
- Subsector Approach: Prepare strategy and execute to grow topline by focusing on new opportunities/ projects in subsectors.
- PEUS- Identify and execute Customer activities under PEUS Program to generate new businesses in coordination with Distribution team

Required Qualification :-

- B.E Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial/ Electrical with miminum 12 15+ yrs experience in handling Major OEM and MRO customers in Power, Metal, Mining, Material handling, Construction, Paper, Transmission, Oil and Gas. Must have a valuable knowledge of Bearings & Applications of heavy industry segments. Should be Customer focused with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skill.
- Overall Volume 45 CR & Above Per Annum Bearings Division.
- Required with core Power Transmission sector.
