We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter to join our Pune team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for clients across multiple domains, ensuring quick turnaround and high-quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT requirements
Source candidates through job portals Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR screenings.
Coordinate with hiring managers/clients to understand technical requirements
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
Ensure adherence to TAT and quality metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field
1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or staffing preferred)
Strong understanding of IT skills (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, etc.)
Expertise in sourcing using job portals Naukri and LinkedIn
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in contract staffing / C2H hiring
Exposure to recruitment tools and ATS
Prior experience in a staffing firm (preferred)
