We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Executive to join our Production team and ensure smooth, efficient, and hygienic manufacturing operations.

Job Summary

The Process Executive will be responsible for monitoring and executing daily production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and food safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of dairy processing and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and execute daily production processes as per production plans.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Maintain production records, process logs, and daily reports accurately.
- Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and processing time.




- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production operations.
- Identify process deviations and report them promptly to the Production Manager.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize production wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area as per dairy industry standards.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and operational guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: B.Tech/B.E. Dairy Technology, B.Sc./M.Sc. Dairy Technology.
- Dairy Technology candidates will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant academic knowledge or candidates with 1-3 years of experience in dairy or food manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
