Job Role : Grafana Cloud

Location : Pune

Exp Range : 5-12 yrs

Job Requirements

- Grafana Cloud / Enterprise configuration and dashboard development
- Prometheus setup and remote_write configuration
- Alloy collector setup for Linux and network devices
- SNMP monitoring for Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet switches and firewalls
- Alerting configuration using Grafana Alerting / Webhooks
- Hands-on in Linux (RHEL, OEL, SUSE) system monitoring
- Experience with infrastructure and network observability troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

- Experience with ScienceLogic, LogicMonitor, or SolarWinds
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms ( BMC Helix) for alert integration
- Terraform or Ansible automation for observability stack deployment
- Scripting experience in Python / Bash for automation
- Awareness of performance optimization and capacity planning
