The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls through CRM systems, interacting with farmers in Marathi language, resolving farmer queries, and providing support related to agricultural products, services, and processes. Candidates must have agricultural educational background along with good communication skills in Marathi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with farmers using CRM software
- Support farmers by answering agriculture-related queries
- Provide guidance regarding agri products, services, and processes
- Maintain accurate call records and updates in CRM system
- Follow up with farmers for issue resolution and support activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and query handling
- Ensure customer satisfaction and professional communication
- Maintain daily productivity and service quality standards

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:





- B.Sc Agriculture (BSc Agri) is mandatory
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Marathi language communication is mandatory
- Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in customer service/telecalling/agri support process will be an added advantage
- Comfortable interacting with farmers and rural customers
- Positive understanding of agriculture practices and terminology
- Problem-solving and customer handling skills

Salary: 13,000 to 20,000 per month (Incentives based on performance may be applicable)

Shift Timing: 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Work Location: 7th Floor, Nyati Plaza, Kharadi, Pune Opposite Reliance Mall
