Junior Accountant / Accounting Intern

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Accounting Intern with 1 to 3 years of experience to support day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in general accounting, billing, invoicing, and financial record management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Record daily accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
Prepare GST-related data and support statutory compliance activities.
Maintain vendor and customer account records.
Generate MIS reports and support month-end closing activities.
Ensure accurate documentation and filing of accounting records.




Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com) or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of General Accounting principles.
Experience in Billing and Invoicing processes.
Hands-on experience with zoho books,Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.
Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
Preferred Industry
Manufacturing, Metals, Steel, Trading, or related industries.
