Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Work closely with development teams during solution design and implementation.
- Participate in solutioning, feasibility analysis, and technical discussions.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and requirement documents.
- Support UAT, defect analysis, and requirement traceability.

Required Skills

- Strong development background with exposure to Java and/or .NET technologies.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
- Hands-on knowledge of RDBMS such as MySQL and Oracle.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.
