Provide 1st and 2nd line ERP support, resolving tickets in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot ERP issues
Use TSQL to analyze ERP issues etc
Support global and regional ERP-related projects
Support ERP Upgrades
Collaborate with other teams

Required Candidate profile

Manufacturing sector ERP support mandatory
Degree in Computer Science, IT, (or 3+ years of experience in ERP/SQL support).
Solid ERP & SQL skills (experience with Visual from Infor is a plus).
