Senior Engineer / DRE Suspension Systems (Chassis Engineering)

We are seeking a skilled Chassis DRE Suspension (Shock Absorber & Tuneable Components) to join a high-performance automotive engineering team working on advanced vehicle programs.

Role Focus:

Ownership of end-to-end suspension system design & development, including:

- Shock absorber & strut assemblies
- Springs, stabilizer bars & bushings
- Suspension module / corner module integration
- Vehicle ride, handling & durability performance

Core Responsibilities:

- Suspension system design, tuning & validation




- Supplier technical management & development
- DFMEA, DVP&R;, PFMEA, PPAP execution
- CAE & testing collaboration for fatigue/NVH
- Root cause analysis of field & assembly issues
- Cross-functional coordination across engineering teams
- Support vehicle launch & continuous improvement programs
