Summary

Gephels is looking for talented SEO Specialist The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword strategy, and technical SEO. You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and supporting overall SEO strategies for multiple websites.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Candidates will be involved in internal as well as client projects, so they will have excellent time management, organization and communication skills.
- Understand client goals, create and execute strategies to exceed defined goals.
- Have strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think endtoend, manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, header optimization, internal linking, and content recommendations.
- Implement technical SEO best practices such as site audits, crawl optimization, index ability improvements, and site speed enhancements.
- Manage off-page activities including link-building strategies and outreach.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush,



or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO changes.
- Monitor search engine trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports and KPI summaries for clients or internal teams.
- Review competitors and identify gaps and new ranking opportunities
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Optimize website content for improved user experience and search engine visibility.

Qualification
- MBA in Digital Marketing, B.E,MCA or a related field.

- 24 years of hands-on experience in SEO.

- Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.

- Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.

- Ability to perform data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills.

- Experience in working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or similar.

- Valuable communication and reporting skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
