About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee day-to-day UK operations.
You'll manage customer enquiries, coordinate vendors, monitor service delivery, maintain our CRM and ensure every customer receives outstanding service.
This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with the Founder and grow into a senior leadership position as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate daily service operations across the UK.
- Schedule and allocate work to approved vendors.
- Monitor job progress and resolve operational issues.
- Recruit and manage service providers.
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM.
- Prepare quotations and operational reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- 4-8 years' experience in Operations, Service Delivery or Customer Success.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience managing customers and third-party vendors.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- CRM experience (Zoho CRM/Desk/tools preferred).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Background
Property Management, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Customer Success, Service Delivery, BPO Operations or similar customer-focused operational roles.
