Title: PLSQL Support
Location: Pune
Exp: 2-4 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 production support, ensuring smooth production operations, handling incidents, and maintaining system stability in a 24x7 support environment.
- Monitor application health, logs, and alerts to ensure high availability.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement quick fixes/workarounds.
- Troubleshoot issues using SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, and Unix commands.
- Execute batch jobs and scripts, and validate data integrity across systems.
- Coordinate with L3, Development, SMEs, and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, fixes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and SLA commitments.
- Proactively identify system issues and recommend improvements to enhance application stability.
