Deep dive to methodically solve ad-hoc questions for the various client stakeholders

Understanding of the primary quantitative research setup from research design to analysis and presentation of findings

Matching the primary data findings with the industry understanding and benchmarks

Comparative analysis of different data sources to triangulate the accurate market scenario

Able to comprehend and manage client expectations effectively

Adaptable to work on quick turnaround projects with high sensitivity data

Mix of an Individual contributor and project ownership role from end to end

Stakeholder Management setting clear expectations on quality of deliverables & timelines

Quality control on the data and findings

Requirements

MBA Pharma / M Pharma OR MBA with B. Pharma

Up to 5 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Experience of working with data analytics / data visualization tools like Tableau

A decent background knowledge around multiple therapy areas (specifically oncology) is an advantage

Experience in working with primary market research data

Adherence to client specific data privacy and compliance policies

Conduct independent desktop-based research for a particular disease therapy from various secondary sources (Researching assumptions on prevalent/treated population patient types, market segmentation, compliance etc.)
