Lead Generation by Cold Calling, Internet Search & Campaigns. Support to Field Sales Staff with Application Engineering, Calculations, Proposal Preparation etc. Update CRM Database.

Key Responsibilities:
Review RFQs, tenders, and client specifications to determine proposal requirements.

Develop technical and commercial proposals, including scope of work, pricing, timelines, and compliance documents.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and costing teams to gather relevant inputs for proposal preparation.

Estimate project costs including materials, labor, subcontracting, and overheads.

Prepare detailed bid documents, including BOQs, data sheets, compliance matrices, and preliminary drawings (if required).

Ensure proposals meet client expectations, technical standards, and applicable regulations.

Track and manage proposal submissions, clarifications, and post-submission negotiations.

Maintain proposal templates, databases, and costing tools for future use.

Participate in kickoff and review meetings with internal stakeholders and clients.
