We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with a solid focus on CMDB data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules and be able to effectively design, develop, and maintain CMDB configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

- CMDB Data Management:Design, develop, and maintain CMDB configurations to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Enrich CMDB data through automation and integration with other systemsAnalyze CMDB data to identify gaps and inconsistenciesImplement data quality checks and validation rules
- ITOM Process Automation:
- Automate ITOM processes using ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and integrationsDevelop custom applications to enhance ITOM capabilitiesOptimize ITOM workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- ITSM Integration:
- Integrate CMDB with other ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, etc ) to enable seamless workflows
- Develop custom integrations to synchronize data between systems
- Reporting and Analytics:




- Create custom reports and dashboards to visualize CMDB dataAnalyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide insights to IT operations teams to support decision-making
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
- Troubleshoot CMDB and ITOM issues
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Provide technical support to end-users

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow developmentStrong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM modulesExpertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Script Includes, etc
- )Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policiesKnowledge of ITIL processesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

- ServiceNow certifications (e g , Certified Application Developer)Experience with ServiceNow integration with other systemsKnowledge of data modeling and database design
