About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven professional to join our team as an Associate / Manager – Partnerships & Program Outreach. If you have experience in Business Development (BD), Sales, Partnerships, Relationship Management, Admissions Counselling, or Corporate Relations, this is an excellent opportunity to build meaningful partnerships while contributing to impactful leadership and entrepreneurship programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive participant outreach and program enrolments through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Build and manage relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, industry associations, and ecosystem organizations.
- Generate and convert leads through consultative sales and effective follow-ups.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure a seamless participant experience.
- Maintain lead and partnership data using CRM tools.




- Support business development initiatives and achieve outreach and enrolment targets.
- Work closely with program, marketing, and leadership teams to maximize outreach and engagement.
- Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Relationship Management, Admissions Counselling, Corporate Relations, or Program Outreach.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, NGO, Consulting, or Social Impact organizations will be preferred.
- Comfortable interacting with senior professionals, corporate leaders, and strategic partners.
- Self-motivated with a consultative approach to sales and relationship building.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
