Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive Real Estate

Job Summary:
The Pre-Sales Executive serves as the first point of contact for prospective customers, handling inquiries, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales team to maximize conversions. The role involves customer engagement through calls, emails, digital platforms, and CRM management while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to project inquiries.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads received through various marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project information.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
- Follow up regularly with leads to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution and lead management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead status reports.




- Ensure prompt response to customer queries and maintain high service standards.
- Track market trends and competitor offerings to support sales efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate pre-sales, telesales, or customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain follow-up schedules.
- Customer-focused approach with robust persuasion skills.

- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Site visits scheduled and completed.
- Lead-to-site visit conversion ratio.
- Customer response and follow-up turnaround time.
