Roles Responsibilities

- Perform servicing, erection, installation, and commissioning of overhead cranes, electric wire rope hoists, chain hoists, and related lifting equipment.
- Independently handle site-based installation and commissioning of cranes, involving both electrical and mechanical activities.
- Assemble and align crane components such as hoists, end trucks, gearboxes, festoon systems,



and control panels at the site.
- Conduct electrical wiring, panel mounting , and system integration as per approved technical drawings and wiring schematics.
- Identify, diagnose, and repair faults in switchboards, control panels, and crane operating systems.
- Perform on-site hoist repairs and replacements as part of preventive or breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure proper use of lifting equipment and follow safety procedures during crane erection and servicing, including the use of lifting belts, slings, mobile cranes, and manlifts.
- Utilize precision tools and testing instruments (e.g., multimeters, torque wrenches, power tools) for diagnostics, repair, and calibration.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of crane structures and welded joints to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Take accurate site measurements and prepare inputs for crane General Arrangement (GA) drawings.
- Maintain detailed service reports, commissioning records, and customer feedback documentation.
- Be flexible and available to travel to project sites across India , especially outside Maharashtra, as per operational needs.
