System Serv is looking for Dealer Sales Executives (DSEs) for authorized Tata Motors SCV dealerships in the Pune region.

- Role: Field Sales Executive for Tata Small Commercial Vehicles (Ace, Intra, Yodha)
- Experience:



Minimum 3 years of sales experience. Candidates from the automobile industry, finance and insurance Industry will also be considered.
- Job Nature: This is a field sales role involving
- lead generation,
- customer visits,
- follow-ups, and
- sales conversion. It is not a showroom-based role.
- Other Requirements: Candidates should have good knowledge of the local Pune geography and be willing to work extensively in the field.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of Tata Small Commercial Vehicles (Ace, Intra, Yodha) through field sales.
- Identify and generate leads by visiting markets, businesses, and potential customers.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and support them throughout the sales process.
- Execute local marketing and awareness activities to generate demand.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Eligibility

- Minimum 1 years of sales experience.
- Experience in the automobile industry preferred; candidates from finance, insurance, FMCG, or other field sales backgrounds may also apply.
- Good knowledge of the local Pune geography and willingness to work extensively in the field.

Skills Required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with good negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
