ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled .NET Core Tech Lead with 7-9 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate will bring extensive, hands-on expertise in ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server, and Python, along with a proven track record of building high performance, production grade systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using ASP.NET Core.
- Architect and implement robust Web APIs to support enterprise-grade platforms.
- Write effective, optimized SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database designs.
- Leverage Python for automation, data processing, or integration tasks as needed.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to the development team.
- Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug,



and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 7-9 years of professional software development experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core and Web API development.
- Strong command of SQL Server, including query optimization and stored procedures.
- Working proficiency in Python.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performance backend systems.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
- Exposure to legal-tech, case management, or similar domain platforms.
- Familiarity with ReactJS or other modern front-end frameworks.
