- 5-8 years of Manufacturing or Service Operations
- Shop floor or operations experience would be an advantage
- Consultant would be independently working on consulting assignments that revolves around operations improvement,
- profitability improvement, process re-engineering, digital transformation Consultant would independently work on consulting engagements with the support of able senior consultants to start with
- However, he/she would deliver independently after initial settle down period
- Consultants would be encouraged to work on business development (to identify and bring recent clients on board)
- However, this is not an expectation in initial 2 years of association
- Any contribution in this regard would be well appreciated and rewarded
