About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between customers, Sales, Production, Planning, Stores, Quality, Dispatch, Purchase and Accounts departments.The ideal candidate should have experience in a packaging, manufacturing, automotive packaging, returnable packaging, or auto ancillary industry and possess robust customer coordination, order management and follow-up skills.

Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders and delivery requirements.
- Receive and process customer enquiries, Purchase Orders (POs) and sales orders.
- Prepare and maintain quotations, order confirmations and sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with Production and Planning teams for order execution and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with Stores, Quality and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order completion and dispatch.
- Monitor order status from PO receipt to final delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules and pending requirements.




- Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment follow-up and outstanding receivables.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS reports.
- Maintain customer records, sales data, order trackers and other relevant reports.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, quotations and other sales documents.
- Maintain proper records of customer communications, enquiries, orders and dispatches.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order-related issues and avoid delays.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding order status, pending enquiries and customer requirements.
- Support the sales team in achieving customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.

Experience

2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Customer Coordination or Order Management, preferably in a manufacturing/packaging environment.
