- Proficiency with email communication and client communication.

- Experience in candidate onboarding

- Experience in solving teething problems for the new joinees

Key Job Responsibilities

- Develop attractive JDs for the new openings

- Maintain internal candidate database





- Search for new candidates using online portals and maintain the job postings page of the company

- Be a team player and work well with a diverse team which may be spread all over the world through strong and clear communication.

- Research on how to implement various requirements and make informed decisions in a timely manner.

- Take active part in weekly review meetings and put forth ideas or solutions to problems.
