About the Role:

We are looking for top-tier LeadPython Developers with solid academic backgrounds and deep expertise in Pythonand Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment ofPython-based applications.

- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs.
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Review code, identify technical issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Lead troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and production issue resolution.




- Guide and mentor junior and senior developers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, DevOps, QA, and other engineering teams.
- Design and optimize database interactions using SQL/NoSQL technologies.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD practices, and secure development processes.
- Participate in technical discussions, estimation, sprint planning, and architecture reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement in application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
