Roles & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Raw Material & Finished Goods Management

- Manage day-to-day operations of Raw Materials (RM) and Finished Goods (FG) stores.
- Ensure proper receipt, storage, preservation, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain stock accuracy and inventory control.

Dispatch & Logistics

- Handle dispatch planning and execution.
- Coordinate transportation activities.
- Prepare shipping documents.
- Generate E-Way Bills.
- Create invoices.
- Ensure timely deliveries.

Inventory Management

- Maintain inventory accuracy in SAP.
- Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processing.
- Handle stock records and material issuance.
- Conduct periodic stock verification.

Documentation & Compliance

- Prepare dispatch documents.
- Generate reports related to inventory and dispatch.
- Maintain warehouse documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs.

Coordination

- Coordinate with domestic transporters.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Work closely with production, purchase, planning, and warehouse teams.

Reporting

Prepare and submit:

- Daily reports
- Weekly reports
- Monthly inventory reports
- Dispatch reports

Operational Support

Support all warehouse operations including:

- Material movement
- Inventory control
- Store housekeeping
- Warehouse coordination
- General SCM activities

Required Qualifications

Education





Bachelor's Degree / Graduation

Professional Qualification

Supply Chain Management

Experience Required

- 25 years of experience
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
