About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineering Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Tech Lead, you will oversee the development of complex web applications and platforms, manage a team of developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

You will be expected to provide technical leadership, make architectural decisions, and be hands-on with both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern web technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability
- Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, mentoring and guiding them through complex projects
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Make architectural decisions and set best practices for coding, testing, and deployment
- Develop and maintain high-quality, maintainable code, focusing on both front-end and back-end development
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to software development standards
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical challenges in a timely manner
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks, ensuring the team uses up-to-date best practices




- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and report progress to stakeholders
- Foster a cooperative and high-performing team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement

Required Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or tech lead role
- Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue js, or similar frameworks
- Solid experience with back-end technologies like Nodejs, Python, Java, Ruby on Rails, or other server-side frameworks
- Proficiency in database management systems, both SQL (eg, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (eg, MongoDB, Cassandra)
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize code effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in performance tuning, security best practices, and scalability
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design tools
