Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Technical Resource with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, Dashboards, and Data Migration. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Oracle technologies and will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our data assets to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts to extract data from Oracle applications for reporting and analysis purposes
- Design and customize BIP Reports to present data insights in a visually compelling and actionable format
- Create interactive Dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics and trends
- Communicate with client and provide effective solutions
- Lead data migration efforts, ensuring seamless transition of data between systems while maintaining data integrity and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes




- Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams on data management best practices and standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to data management and reporting tools

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle technologies with a focus on HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, Dashboards, and Data Migration
- Proficiency in Oracle tools such as BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle Data Integrator
- Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices
- Experience in designing and developing complex reports and dashboards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
