Mission of the Role:
Manage and drive some Mechanical engineers (15~20) to
deliver mechanical designs for Visteon products, on-cost, on-time, on-quality.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

Bachelor's /Master?s degree in the Mechanical
engineering field.

18+ years of relevant engineering experience
preferably in regional or global setting. ? 5+ years of Engineering team
management experience with proven Leadership.

Experience in Automotive products development,
preferably in Displays, Infotainment, Cockpit Electronic products,
Electrification vehicles products.

Strong experience in ensuring the design
quality, verification methods. Design tools.
???????????
Exposure to CAE and testing domains.
?? Proficiency in Japanese language - JLPT N3/N2, especially for collaboration with Japanese OEMs and suppliers.

Proven supervisory and technical skills.

Experience in Problem solving, Continuous
