Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Developer with hands-on experience in at least one of the following ITOM modules:

- Event Management
- Service Mapping
- Discovery
- Orchestration
- CSDM (Common Service Data Model)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Work on one or more ITOM modules based on project requirements.
- Configure and maintain CMDB and MID Servers.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Script Includes.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ITOM solutions.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience in at least one ITOM module: Event Management, Service Mapping, Discovery, Orchestration, or CSDM.
- Valuable knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript).
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
