Education: 12th Std./Graduate
1. Able to read drawings, specifications and understand Installation procedures
2. Valuable Commuincation with Client, Company employees and workers, oral and email
communication preferred
3. Overall control of wrokers and Schedule implementation to meet target objectives with Quality & Safety.
4. To striclty follow all Safety practices and ensure Compliance of all protocals for workers workign at Site.
5. Allocate daily tasks to workers, helpers, and skilled workmen based on workfront availability
6. Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment on-site
7. Enforce the use of PPE and ensure adherence to job safety measures
8. Supervise installation, alignment, and erection
9.



Ensure correct usage of lifting equipment, tools, and instruments.
10. Coordinate with QC engineers for inspections, measurements
11. Attend to punch list clearance, repairs, or touch-ups after inspection
12. Time management in tight schedules (especially in shutdown jobs)
Candidates having experience in Integrated Steel Plants with specific exposure in Mechanical Fabrication & Erection, Mechanical Maintenance and O&M; at Coke Ovens, Blast Furnace, Pellet plant, Reheating Furance.
