- Overall 12+ years of experience in SAP, with atleast 4 yrs exp as Project Manager in the SAP projects.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in large-scale ERP implementation or S/4HANA conversion projects.
- At least 1 successful SAP full cycle implementations as project manager managing in office und offshore teams.
- Experience with SAP environments and understanding of S/4HANA architecture and modules.
- At least 1 project as post Go Live management experience having driven long term improvements in SAP support.
- Experience in working with location business managers as well as in-depth knowledge of business processes, roadmap definitions, fit-gap analysis, and change management.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
