- Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Lead UI Developer to take charge of designing and implementing up-to-date, responsive, and scalable user interfaces for our web applications. As the Lead UI Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and a superior user experience.
- You will be responsible for leading the frontend development team, setting best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code that meets business requirements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead a team of frontend developers in the design and development of user interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless, high-quality web applications.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance and support to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- UI/UX Development:
- Architect and build modern, responsive,



and visually appealing user interfaces based on design specifications.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional, user-friendly applications.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
- Performance & Optimization:
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and speed.
- Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks and technical challenges.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in React.js development and building modern web applications.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Experience with state management tools like Redux or Context API.
- Familiarity with modern frontend development tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).
- Tools & Frameworks:
- Familiarity with CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
