Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret insurance policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement insurance-related solutions.
• Support underwriting, claims processing, and policy administration activities.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide subject matter expertise on insurance products and processes.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for team members.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Robust knowledge of Insurance domain (Life, Health, Property & Casualty preferred).
• LOMA certification (ACS, AAPA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with insurance systems and tools (e.g., policy administration platforms).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Japanese language skill is must required
