- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve daily targets through outbound calling, telecalling, and email campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Monitor team performance metrics such as call quality, conversion rates, and productivity.
Job Requirements :
- 10-13 years of experience in BPO sales or similar industry.
- Proven track record in managing teams for outbound sales or telesales roles.
- Robust understanding of personal loans products and services offered by banks/financial institutions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective handling of inbound calls from customers.
