Educational Qualification: Graduate (Bachelor's Degree)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage large-scale projects and programs, ensuring seamless integration across various work streams.
- Drive accountability, ownership, and alignment within cross-functional teams to meet project and program objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end program delivery, from inception through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop strategic plans for program delivery, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.
- Manage financial and resource allocations to optimize program performance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates on program status, risks, and opportunities.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program outcomes.

Required Skills:
