Furlenco is looking for smart, aggressive, enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual who can narrow their focus to one singular goal, in this case, growth. The individual will drive Operational Excellence and build performance culture for the Warehouse.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
2. Update internal databases with new hire information
3. Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
4. Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
5. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
6. Prepare reports and attendance everyday at warehouse / manufacturing plant
7. Overseeing employee needs and handling grievances and queries
8. Develop training and onboarding material
9. Respond to employees questions about advantages.

Coordinate with vendors and employee
11. Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.

Minimum Job Requirements

Work experience as an HR & Admin, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role

Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

Basic knowledge of labor legislation

Experience using spreadsheets

Organizational skills

Good verbal and written communication skills
Qualification : Relevant Degree
