Job Summary

We are hiring Technical Support Associates for Dell's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). The role involves providing technical support to international customers for Dell servers and enterprise hardware. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of server hardware components, BIOS, RAID, storage, and boot processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to international customers via voice.
- Troubleshoot Dell server hardware and infrastructure-related issues.




- Diagnose system performance and hardware failures.
- Assist customers with server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve hardware-related incidents while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex technical issues when required.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately.
