Identify Waste through process and initiate actions
Drive Standardized work study
5 S, Visuals Audits and sustenance
Employee Training
OEE monitoring
Conduct SMED and drive actions.
3.Qualification & Experience Required :-
DME /BE With min 5~7 years' experience in operations/TPM,
Preferred experience in Press Shop /CNC and VMC Machine shop.
4.Personal Characteristic :-

Technologically competent
Creative
Out of Box thinking
