What youll do
- Design high-throughput, low-latency pipelines for video and sensor ingestion.
- Build the event, alerting and integration layer that fans out to operator systems.
- Make the platform scale from a single site to thousands of cameras without re-architecting.
- Own reliability, observability and back-pressure handling across the stream.
What we look for
- 4+ years building distributed, real-time or streaming backend systems.
- Robust in Go, Rust, Python or C++ and message/streaming systems (Kafka, NATS, gRPC).
- Comfortable with containers, GPUs and on-prem/air-gapped deployment constraints.
- Bias toward correctness and observability in systems that cant fail.
