Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and field training for freshers.
- Train candidates on commercial vehicle products, features and applications.
- Explain sales processes, customer handling, negotiation and objection handling.
- Provide product and competitor comparison training.
- Develop communication, presentation and sales skills.
- Assess trainees through tests, role plays and field activities.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve trainee performance.
- Support trainees in transitioning from classroom training to field sales.
