Role & responsibilities -

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the setup of STEP centers across India, working closely with the Architect, Infra-partners, and vendors to ensure completion within strict timelines.

1. Work in close coordination with the Architect on layouts, drawings, and BOQ for each identified STEP center; crosscheck and guide the Architect on adjustments required as per site and program needs.

2. Coordinate with the Real Estate team to identify, evaluate, and onboard civil / interior vendors matching program requirements.

3. Coordinate with Infra-partners offering space to finalise the scope of work at each identified site.

4. Coordinate and monitor vendors and Infra-partners in office to ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and program requirements, flagging and resolving any deviations.
