Qualifications: Bachelor s / Masters degree in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering Diploma in Electrical Electronics/Telecommunication with 8 12 years experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Experience is Analog, digital and mixed signal board designs.
- Expertise in understanding and executing the electrical (EMI/EMC) thermal and mechanical aspects.
- Power Supply board layout design with knowledge of signal Isolation grounding schemes etc.
- Design PCB layout in accordance with IPC and standard guidelines.
- Create PCB layer stack-up. (Up to 16 Layers) and experience in designing Multilayer PCBs.
- Experience in High-Speed Design (USB, RS-485 etc)
- Create/Follow checklists and instructions to ensure error free design.
- Create and Manage component libraries and routing rules.
- Generate Gerber and other manufacturing files.
- Experience in length matching, Impedance matching, constraint setting, cross talk analysis.
- Hands-on experience in OrCAD Allegro and Altium.
- Understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes (DFM,DFA,DFT).
- Technical expertise to handle multiple projects independently and doing self-review.
- CAM365/Gerbview/ Viewmate, thermal analysis and flex PCBs.
- CAM validations and interact with manufacturer and assembly unit for any suggestions/clarifications.
Desired Skills:
- Multilayer PCB design more than 16 Layers.
- Experience in high-speed signal design (Ethernet, DDR, FLASH etc) RF design are added advantage.
- Knowledge of soldering, Functional Testing.
- Experience in Signal integrity, power integrity is added advantage.
- HW circuit design experience with the knowledge of Circuit Theory, Electronic Circuits, Electronic Devices/tools, and wireless domain are added advantage.
- Knowledge of DFMEA process.
