Qualifications: B.E or B.Tech in Civil

Location: Pune

Mode of Work: Work from Home (During training period Work from Office for 2 months

Experience: 0 to 6 months

Salary Range: 2.50 to 5.0 LPA

Percentage Criteria: 75% throughout the academics

Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated Trainee Design Engineer – Structural Design to support structural drafting and detailing projects for global clients. The candidate will assist in preparing structural drawings, layouts, and detailing using AutoCAD and structural softwires while ensuring compliance with applicable engineering standards and building codes. This opportunity is ideal for fresh civil engineering graduates interested in structural engineering and design.

Skillset

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Structure for drafting, detailing, modelling,



and structural design.
- Basic knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and structural design regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Knowledge of wooden residential buildings Steel Drawings, CMU, Concrete Structure, Cold formed Steel (CFS) Structures.

2. Knowledge of Multifamily Framing, Load calculations, Finalize frame sizes, Beam load calculations, Shear wall design, Foundations, Laterals.

3. Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned tasks and project deliverables.

4. Participate in collaborate for quality checks and quality control reviews to maintain project accuracy and standards.

5. Basic knowledge of international structure engineering codes and standards will be an added advantage.
