- 3-7 years of experience as 3D CFD Analyst using Star-CCM+ or ANSYS FLUENT software in ICE and Electric Vehicle (EV) domains
- Perform steady and transient CFD/ Multi-phase/VOF assessments for pressure drop, flow distribution, velocity, turbulence, temperature, heat transfer, back pressure and thermal management performance
- Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) analysis of different automotive systems - Powertrain, Underhood aerothermal, Cabin HVAC, Radiator, Heat exchanger
- Expertise in performing External Aerodynamics simulation for vehicle body
- Hands on experience in cooling system CFD analysis of powertrain components - Battery, Motor, Engine, Inverter, Converter
- Expert in Geometry cleanup, Meshing, Setting up large simulation models, post processing, result interpretation and report preparation
- Fundamental knowledge of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics
- M.Tech./ B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering/ Thermal Engineering/ Aerospace Engineering
- Very valuable in automotive domain knowledge
- Excellent in oral and written communication skills
