Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting project deadlines.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune solutions to ensure seamless device management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including IT teams, business leaders, and end-users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

Job Requirements :

- 10-15 years' experience in an IT services or consulting environment as a manager or senior leader.
- Solid understanding of SCCM and Intune technologies from Microsoft.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across various departments.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to build high-performing teams through effective communication, coaching, and mentoring.
