- Mainframe candidates with production support experience along with ITSM tool.
- Technically Strong in DB2, Cobol, JCL, SORT
- Should be able handle any MF Job abends independently
- Ready to learn the application quickly
- Flexibility to support on weekends or holidays
- Flexibility to work in different shifts as needed
- Need to coordinate with onshore team and clients
- Ability to play lead role from offshore
- Experience in grooming and mentoring team members
- Positive communication skills
