We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill company's hiring needs.
As acquiring talented people is getting harder, your position will play a crucial role for our company to stay competitive in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for International / Apac recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates and clients for interview scheduling.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and update the hiring status regularly.
- Ensure quick turnaround time for closures.
- Manage hiring requirements across Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, and Australia.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT / Non IT Recruitment (C2H hiring preferred).
- Good understanding of IT/ Non IT technologies and roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Must have own laptop and positive internet connection.
- Experience recruiting for Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, and Australia markets.
