Job Role:We are hiring for International Voice, Chat & Blended Processes.Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via calls, chat & email
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Follow company processes and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:





- Graduate / Undergraduate (All streams eligible)
- Freshers & Experienced candidates (Minimum 6 months preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Comfortable with rotational shifts (US/UK/AUS)

Salary Details:

- Freshers: 22,000 25,000 in-hand
- Experienced: 32,000 50,000 in-hand
- CTC: 3.5 LPA 7.35 LPA + Attractive unlimited Incentives

Shift & Working Days:

- Rotational shifts (US / UK / AUS)
- 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs
