We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr Advanced Project Engineer to join our team at SpartaSystems. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in engineering and project management, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and coordinate advanced projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide technical support to team members.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.





- Analyze project data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.

- Proven experience in managing advanced projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

- Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and techniques.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies is an asset.
